The Hotel far exceeded 3* expectations,& the food choice each day was fabulous.The Staff are unreal,so friendly, so accommodating & nothing is too much trouble for them.The bedroom standard,with daily service,was exceptional. Lovely Pool area & lounges. All round a fabulously well run Hotel,& a credit to all the Staff.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance (bus stop to Palma, beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants).The staff is very friendly and competent.

distance to the beach and shops. pools, cleanliness of the room. staff did great job, they were so welcoming and always smiling. salads at the dinner were so tasty, I always had to get more..paella dish at the dinner just yummy, air conditioning worked perfectly in such hot weather, fridge in the room, drying rack at the balcony,

Great hotel! Excellent servise, nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We were in 5th floor, nice view with seaside. You can also buy a dinner as a hotel resident if you want. This possibility is really good! Calm address but really close to the center and beach. Near is everything, bus stop, beach, restaurants, shops, park.

Location - 10/10. 5 mins drive from the airport. Airport shuttle bus stop just 3 mins walk. 5 mins walk to the beach. Staff - 10/10. Very responsive to my request. Have a quiet room on the top floor with sea view. Help me print my boarding pass. Room - 9/10. Very clean and quiet. Comfy bed. A balcony with sea view. Shampoo and shower gel supplied. But WIFI not working well in my room. Bar - good free live show every evening. Drinks are very cheap and tasty. Really love the ‘Smiley’. Bar and lounge has a very fast WIFI. They also have an indoor swimming pool but I didn’t try.
